Gregory Androushchak
Chief of the Strategic Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation
Born in 1982 in Moscow. Graduated from the Higher School of Economics with bachelor’s degree in “Economics” (2003) and Master’s degree in “Mathematical Methods in Economic Analysis” (2005). In 2009 received a PhD in Economics and National Economy Management in the Higher School of Economics. 2004-2012 – assistant to the rector, junior research fellow, research fellow, head of scientific laboratory, adviser of the rector at the Higher School of Economics. Since 2012 – Chief of the Strategic Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Author of 48 research papers.
